Stephen is a long-standing resident of Berkhamsted's Castle Ward. He and his wife first moved there in 1977 and they have been at their present address in the Ward since 1985. A former senior civil servant in the Department for Communities and Local Government, he welcomes the opportunity to deal with local issues and to have direct contact with the people we serve. As well as sitting on the Town Council, Stephen also represents Castle Ward on Dacorum Borough Council.
